I help ease the workload of business owners by taking over repetitive and time consuming tasks such as file organization, email management, and documentation. If you earn one hundred dollars an hour, doing these tasks yourself costs you the same. I can handle them with the same level of care while you focus on high value work. And for those who still spend weekends catching up on admin tasks, this gives you back time to rest and spend with your family. A six dollar* hourly rate is nothing
compared to the hours of freedom you gain. I will be your dependable shadow
working behind the scenes.
I am a dedicated and adaptable professional with more than five years of experience in the BPO industry, and I currently work as a Permit Coordinator for an HVAC contractor. This is the core of what I do. I manage end to end permit processing for various cities and counties in the Bay Area, from preparing requirements and submitting applications to tracking approvals and coordinating with city departments. I also use basic CAD skills to support simple drawings and documentation.
Along with permitting, I take care of everyday admin work such as:
• Email and inbox management
• Keeping the CRM updated
• Basic customer support through
text, and email
• Data entry and document organization
• Basic Social Media Management
Working as a Permit Coordinator has helped me build strong attention to detail, patience, and problem solving. I stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving without delays.
I bring my personal values to work, which I call my sword of PHPW, Patience, Hard work, Perseverance, and Willpower. These guide the way I handle tasks and challenges and help me continually grow.
I work well independently and take initiative, and I also enjoy learning from others. I welcome feedback because it helps me improve and deliver better results.
I’m looking for a long term role where I can contribute, grow, and be part of a team that values reliable work and continuous improvement.
