I've done sales and technical support in call center, my call card was not as high as what you expect but let's just say I've almost got the passing score but unfortunately my contract was ended because of ----------- the other hand, I've worked also as a typesetter (3 months) and quality assurance staff (4 years) in a journal company here in our City.
