In every skill/s that we tried to enhance, what would be the best choice that we should have?

There are so many things that I may have but these are the highlight real in my skill set. I worked with the BPO industry for 7 years, Customer Service Representative and Technical support with INTUIT, Sales with Jetstar Airlines, Recovery representative with Synchrony Financial, and as a Disbursing Officer in our locality.
