I most recently worked as a General Virtual Assistant tasked to do product research which included (but not limited to) keyword/competitor research, product optimization opportunities, data scraping, email and live chat support, sourcing products for the business' Amazon shop from manufactures via Alibaba and negotiating for the best offer. - (March 2019)
