I have incurred almost 9 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources and currently I am an HR Administrator for an Australian company and a part-time Licensed Financial Advisor at the same time.
In my HR career, I have acquired above average skills in recruitment, employee relations, labor relations and performance management. I was able to garner ample experience in various industries such as Food Service, BPOs, Hospitality, Property Management and currently, Tourism Education.
From 2018 up until 2020, I worked as a part-time Virtual Assistant focusing on Social Media admin works. I am currently interested in exploring a new work in a remote position and I hope to be able to add value thru y experience. I believe no experience is a waste and that all skills can always be learned and improved.
