I've done quite a bit of listing, confirming shipments/checking OOS and processing purchase, I can send an email to customers as well for Amazon Store, and have skills specifically for the drop-shipper. I also know how to work with shopify, although I am far from being an expert at it. I am willing to go for training. I have Call Center experience (customer service representative).
