I've been working for more 15 years. I started as a collections specialist, Then an opportunity came up to do what i love most, As an IT helpdesk/Support, We deal with software and hardware issues, removal of malwares,/viruses etc., installation of operating system, installation of hardware such as printers, routers/modems, configuration of network etc.
I was also a quality analyst for 2 years, monitoring calls and making sure the agents are compliant and uniform with the internal process, conducted coaching and trainings for improvement.
