I have handled accounts such as satellite TV service - billing and general inquiry, credit card rewards card - customer service hotline, internet and cable bundle service - technical support, online retail service - email, call, and live chat support, and payment processing for online retail sites.
After signing up for an account here, I was fortunate enough to land a job in the Crypto trading platform for Payward Inc. During my 8 years stay with the company, I have handled several roles mainly: Verification specialist for onboarding clients, Live chat support, Compliance analyst where we clear potential match for Sanctions and PEP/NN alerts and lastly, Client Engagement escalations, for complex account concerns.
