I currently work as a full time back office administrator for a semiconductor company. It helped me exposed from highest level of data accuracy. I am responsible for end to end process of all purchase orders received from booking to invoicing. I am also responsible for generating reports and creating data as reference using excel.
I used to work as well as a webchat officer and customer service officer for an Australian telecom company for 5 years and
service associate for a US telco.
i work independent and can work with less supervision.
I also spent about six years leading a 15-person sales operations team at Schneider Electric, and more recently supported a social media management platform as a Customer Success Specialist, where I additionally conducted market research and lead prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and independently closed new client relationships. Currently I work as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive, and before that coordinated projects and order management for a US telecom/broadband provider.
