Administrative Officer/ Project Manager/ Entry-Level Cybersecurity Analyst
1. Responsible for project planning and
execution, communication and collaboration with the
customers, maintaining project documentation (minutes of
the meeting, project timeline, progress report, and project
artefacts) ensuring that documents are accessible to
stakeholders, and building a strong relationship with the
clients by ensuring their needs, addressing concerns and
delivering added value solutions.
2. Conducts information security
assessment support and conducts audits of assets and data
covered by information security management.
3. Provide administrative support to the
management and consultants, including scheduling
appointments, managing calendars, managing incoming and
outgoing correspondence (emails, and other documents),
schedule and coordinating meetings, conferences, and
events. Assist with financial administration tasks (Invoice,
tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts). Assist with HR-related tasks (employee records, processing professional
fees, and coordinating recruitment activity). Serve as point of
contact for internal and external stakeholders (clients,
vendors, and partners). Update and maintain database
records.
