I am currently working as an Operations Manager for a recruitment firm doing local hiring in the APAC Region mostly in the Philippines. I have been in this industry since 2017, around 7 years, 3 years under an ESL Company and going 4 years under an international firm. Before recruitment, I was doing online classes for around 3 years before being pulled up to do management task for around 3 years as well. My first job experience was in the BPO doing customer service and technical assistance for around 3 years.
