As a previous Customer Service Representative and Technical Support rep, most of the tasks are taking inbound calls and doing some outbound calls if needed we also help customers through live chat and email. We need to make sure that we will have a piece of accurate information or answers for the customers to resolve their concerns and make sure that their accounts are 100% safe and secured with us we also need to make sure to offer new products or at least let them know what are the new things that we have for them. For me, it is necessary to go above and beyond for our customers so that we can earn their trust because if we have their trust then it's for sure that they will not forget about us and most probably recommend the company with their family and friends. I also have experience working at home as a VA/Customer Support for some car dealerships in the US where we try to answer their inquiries and try to set up an appointment for them to visit the dealership to buy, sell, trade, or fix their vehicle. I also, work with an American company that buys and sells Guns and Ammunition online as well as with a Canadian company that sells solar generators online so I have some knowledge of e-commerce as well.
