I also work as a USA truck driver dispatcher where we book high-paying loads for our drivers manage their time and schedule we do back-office work for them like signing up packets, requesting updated insurance, and creating invoices. I was awarded as a top dispatcher and most requested dispatcher throughout my dispatching career.
I also work with Adidas USA chat and email support where I was assigned to answer customer concerns like order status product inquiries and assisting in return and exchange request
with years of experience working as a CSR, I have mastered a unique way of resolving customer concerns and I love knowing my customer better and figuring out how best to serve their needs.
