I've been with the BPO industry for 9 years. I'm skilled on both chat, email and phone calls. Majority of my experience in the BPO industry revolves around billing, financial and payment and transaction related inquiries. My experience being a Google Tier 2 specialists helped me get more familiar with Mobile Apps, technical troubleshooting, ticket creation for bugs and system glitches. I am skilled with MS Word, Google Docs and basic powerpoint presentations. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. Working with the escalations team equipped me well with problem solving issues, thinking outside the box, creative in handling and presenting challenging situations and independent decision making skills tailored fit to the customer's needs.
