*Database Management, Data Entry, Customer Support in Google and Cloud Based Apps
1. Provides general computer hardware and software technical support ;
• Burn-in and acceptance/rejection of newly acquired computers and/or components.
• Initiates and recommends repairs/replacements of computers and/or components.
• Performs Network Monitoring and Optimization.
• Ensures push and pull operations of WSUS/Patch Management programs.
• Ensures push and pull operations of Anti-Virus programs.
2. Performs and discharges System/Network Administration functions for all local network devices, servers and users with prior approval from the department head.
3. Reports Applications-specific issues and concerns to the appropriate Systems Developer.
4. Available on call 24 x 7 during emergency systems reconfiguration and installation and/or as the need arises.
5. Performs daily, weekly and monthly corporate data backup and recovery procedures.
6. Ensures prompt (within the next working day) replies on IT related problems and queries via the IT Helpdesk.
7. Submits a monthly availability and status report on servers, workstations and data networking systems to the Department Head every 3rd day of the month.
8. Willing to render overtime at all times during emergency systems reconfiguration and installation and/or as the need arises
9. Performs other duties and functions on IT related matters.
10. Video/Audio and Photo Editing Skills.
