I am a licensed Civil Engineer, registered Master Plumber, Materials Engineer-1, and an educator. I am a Civil Engineering College Instructor with 8years experience in the industry. I have experiences both in academe and in industry. I am proficient in using AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketch up as these are just few of the softwares I used for 2D and 3D plans and rendering. Other softwares like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, QGIS were used for us to comply with our requirements in my Masters degree class. I am currently finishing my Thesis as required for Master of Science in Civil Engineering and will probably and hopefully graduate this year. I have experiences in cost estimate and procurement from both industry and academe.
