I have 7 years experience as order management specialist, a year as an annotator, and 4 years as Data Analyst for energy management and sustainability. My daily tasks include: creating orders for customers and monitoring their orders until fulfillment, analyzing and process data to identify and resolve billing issues, building reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, data mining using SQL queries, and also administrative work such as data entry, web research, scheduling on calendars, setting up appointments and online conferences, updating spreadsheets, creating email templates, answering customer's inquiries, and communicating with senior managers and other colleagues. I am proficient in MS Excel and have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
