Architect Manalese is a Registered and Licensed Architect with over a decade of experience in design, project management, and construction. She has led projects from interior fit-outs and residences to hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value real estate developments, bringing ideas from vision to reality with precision and creativity.
In her recent role, she serves as a Project Development Officer, managing consultants, contractors, and project delivery with a strong emphasis on sustainability and green certifications such as LEED, WELL, EDGE, Net Carbon Zero, and TRUE. Her role combines design insight and project management expertise to ensure each development upholds the highest standards of excellence and environmental responsibility.
