My first work was at GLOBAL DOMINION FINANCING as a CREDIT REVIEW ASSISTANT. I do interviewed client thru phone and personal. I also do background checking such as employment verification, trade checking as well as character reference to know if the client has a capacity to pay. I stayed
for almost 4yrs in the company.
My second job was at DAVIES PAINTS PHILIPPINES as CREDIT AND COLLECTION assistant. My responsibilty was to follow up payments to the customer, I do conversion of delivery receipt to sale invoice, I do supervise two collectors regarding their collections, I do posting payments. I do monthly aging report. And I have also a knowlegde in SAP BUSINESS 1.
My third job was at HAVI LOGISTIC PHIL. as ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE same as function of credit and collection. I do follow up payments to the customer. I do sales Invoice to be send to the client. I do monthly aging. I do posting payments. I also do supervise two collectors regarding their collections.
And my Previous job was at TCL SUN INC as a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst. I do checking of sales invoice, follow up pending deduction and pending returns. I do posting payments and 2307.
I do updating price memo. I do monthly net sales report.
My next job was Accounts Receivable Associate of Unioil Petroleum Phil Inc. For 8 years, I do posting payments, cash and cheques payments. Clearing payments to their corresponding invoice. Monitored returned/bounce cheque. I also do set up POS and INTERNET FEE as well as rental payments.
I'am a fast learner person. I have a eagerness and willingness to learn. And I must say that I am matured enough to hande any responsibilities and duties.
