I've worked as Tech Support for 5 years to one of the BPO's here in Iloilo City PH. My job includes assisting personnel and staff's having problems with their computers, may it be hardware, software or networking issues. Also, day to day maintenance of computer and systems for tech operations. As an individual I'm a fast-learner and can work with less supervision provided with proper training and equipment.
