I've been working in the BPO industry for 5 years, and have skills specifically for customer service, admin works and analyzing problems for customers. I also know how to work with Microsoft office, although I am far from being an expert at it.
I am now currently working as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist who is responsible for sourcing and interviewing applicants for a certain position.
