- Conduct targeted lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify qualified
prospects
- Build and maintain organized lead lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and track them through the pipeline
- Manage and update CRM (GHL, Hubspot) with lead activity, notes, and follow-ups
- Assist with outreach preparation, including email coordination and messaging support
- Maintain trackers and reports in Google Sheets to monitor lead generation progress
- Support administrative tasks including inbox management, scheduling, and data organization
- Upload Zoom recordings of meetings to Mighty Networks or Vimeo
- Onboard and Offboard clients to and out of different programs
