I have a total of 14 years solid Customer Service, Technical, Billing, Training and Collections experience.
I started in the BPO Industry as a Customer Care professional for a healthcare account talking to doctors, chiropractors, nurses and customers providing eligibility, processing benefits and claims. I also worked as a Technical and Billing Specialist for an American Telco account.
I have a vast Training experience for 5 years designing and developing programs which resulted to improvements of individuals and excellent organizational performance on her previous roles in a different organization. I have trained new hires from management to rank and file employees supporting needs of Operations and the Quality Department creating trainees that are fully equipped in serving customers, instilling excellent communication skills, product knowledge and tool handling.
Aside from training, I also worked in ANZ Bank for almost 6 years as a Collections Team Leader which encompasses Financial, Customer, Process, People, Risk and Compliance management. I was also appointed as the Kaizen Lead which is a team which helps in identifying process improvement programs, cost savings and optimization resulting to organization’s end-to-end seamless flow of process and revenue savings eliminating different types of ----------- completing the projects I was involved in extensive Data Analysis, comparison reports, creating of process maps using Visio, End to end process review, creating of swim lanes, calculation of benefits, presentation of proposals to our stakeholders and pre & post implementation reports.
I am a Marketing major and can do marketing campaigns and strategies for your business as I do have an online shop as well for 5 years now maintaining my own brand of home-made perfumes and selling different products online.
