I’m an AI-enabled Business Operations Consultant with a background in project management, operations, CRM, automation, customer success, technical support, and process improvement.

I help founders, executives, and teams organize the backend of their business, improve workflows, manage projects, troubleshoot systems, and use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and increase productivity.

My approach is simple: understand the business → identify the bottleneck → build or improve the system → use AI where it creates leverage → execute and document the process.

I also work with AI tools including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva AI, GoHighLevel AI, ClickUp AI, Lovable, VAPI, and Assistable AI.

My experience includes CRM management, workflow automation, technical troubleshooting, customer support, SOP development, project coordination, client communication, lead management, systems organization, and business backend operations.
