1. Diary management
o Scheduling

2. Email management including
o sorting, prioritizing, flag reminders
o drafting emails for approval
o Reply or send out internal and external correspondence (on behalf of) as required
3. Dictation
o Receiving dictation or written correspondence to produce letters, reports, contracts etc
4. Data Entry/management
o Develop and maintain office systems including electronic monitoring and filing
o Filling and digitally signing forms
o Update core business software (CRM, HRIS, JIRA, Trello, WorkflowMax, Harvest etc.)
5. Travel Management
o Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation and transport and preparing itineraries
6. Documentation
o Creation and/or formatting of documents, letters, forms, reports and spreadsheets using (but not limited to) Microsoft Suite; PowerPoint, Word & Excel
o Document process/workflow
7. Client Database
o Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of contact details
