I started working in a Business Processing Outsource last 2013 where I have been a Customer Service Representative handling Sensis- Yellow Pages in Australia. I have been dealing with their inquiries on bills and listing on the directory for online and print advertisement. I also managed to create cases for follow ups and complaints. I am also trained to be a back office agent, whenever there are lot of loads from back office, I used to do the job by answering customer's queries through email. We used to have Salesforce as our platform. Providing first call resolution to customers is what I always aim when I was still an agent. This created a great impact on my performance as an agent,since I have been receiving incentives on top of my salary for meeting the required metrics such as Net Promoter Score, Quality Assurance, Average Holding Time, etc. Moreover,I also worked as a Technical Support Representative catering US customers, for Frontier- a Telecommunications company in US. We used to create tickets whenever needed for technician dispatch. I have been resolving minor issues about their cables, phone, internet services. Aside from that, I also worked for Healthfirst Clinic as a Customer Service Representative as well. I used to manage inbound calls in setting up a dental appointment. I am also receiving inquiries about doctor's schedule, HMO ( Health Maintenance Organization) accreditation's and affiliated hospitals.
I have worked on being an admin assistant responsible in paper works, inventories and other office related task. I used to do order follow ups to suppliers. I also do suggestive selling at times. I always work being a problem solver with analytical thinking and being an optimistic in all the things that I am involved in.
I am unemployed now and I am looking for a full time job where I can apply my skills know how to fully utilize and help on reaching company's goals and profits. I am searching for a long term career that will best suits me.
