I joined Brands Meet Creators as a lead generation specialist in 2021 and was promoted to lead support and operations for a TikTok Shop platform serving 70,000+ creators and $100M+ in GMV. I now lead and train a remote support team while owning social content and outreach.

Multi-channel support across Intercom, three email accounts, Slack, Skool, Circle, and social DMs. I also handle billing, refunds, de-escalation, and retention saves.

Creator onboarding and eligibility review, TikTok Partner Center integration and API troubleshooting, GMV reconciliation, campaign operations end to end, and payouts through Whop, Trolley, Stripe, and PayPal Mass Payment. I write and maintain the SOP library so processes don't live in one person's head.
