Real estate operations is equal parts systems, communication, and showing up for the team. That's the work I genuinely love doing. Over the past 7+ years, I've supported US real estate businesses remotely as a Property Manager, Transaction Coordinator, and Executive Admin, always working fully on US hours from Davao City, Philippines.

I also handled MLS operations, transaction coordination, database management, and marketing alongside the team.
• At PS Property Management in Chicago, I managed a 45-unit LTR portfolio solo while supporting the CEO directly. Full lease cycle from tenant screening through lease admin, rent collection, maintenance coordination, owner reporting, renewals, and eviction. I also streamlined the processes, workflows, and built communication templates that improved how the whole team operated.
• At Keller Williams across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, I coordinated 15+ closings per month from contract to close. Managing listings and transaction documentations, ensuring database is compliance ready, title and lender coordination, and agent calendars simultaneously, without dropping a single deadline.
I've always worked most naturally as a true partner on the back-end. Not just executing a task list, but actually thinking about what the team needs, what could go wrong, and how to make things better.
