I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management, with 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have developed a strong skill set in customer service, technical support, and account management, working across a range of client accounts to deliver exceptional service.
In addition to my BPO experience, I have spent almost 2 years as a Recruitment Analyst and Specialist, specializing in data entry, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews. My role also extended to managing billing and payroll processes for a healthcare account, further broadening my expertise. I am passionate about using my experience to drive efficiency, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
