I have been working in the BPO for more than 8 years and handled different line of businesses.
I started as a data entry agent who managed customers database. I was searching customers information through web then update our system. After 6 months, I was transferred to outbound calling for a lead generation campaign which lasted for almost 2 years.
I rested for 5 months and then got a new job as a customer service associate for a US Telco account. I received inbound calls from customers where I assisted them about billing and general inquiries for their telephone, cellphone, internet and cable account.
In my third and last company, I handled email, chat and phone support. I started as a product support, transferred to billing and accounts receivable then currently a collection specialist.
