I'm a graduate of Office Administration with an experience of Customer Service Representative in a BPO company as well as in a Logistics and Manufacturing Company.
With those diverse background I really want to leverage those skills into the role of either Customer Service or any role relating to Order/Purchase Management. With my previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, I learnt how to multitask as well as how to organized my task efectively. In addition, being a CSR, I learnt to adopt quickly to the diverse need of the customer as well as learn how to make myself calm in high pressure situation as well as enhance my comunication skills.
Prior to that, I was also a Documentation Associate, which my main responsibility is to ensure entering data accurately while following customers special instruction , which is very similar to my previous role as Order Management Administrator.
I also have years of experience in Sales.
Overall, I know that I still have a lot to learn in this industry and I consider myself as a newbie but I am passionate about diving deeper into this role and thats what brings me here today and so much excited about the opportunity and hoping that I can contribute as well to the success of your team.
