I have been doing remote work since 2021 across two main areas: WordPress support and data operations. I am comfortable handling both technical web tasks and data/admin work depending on what the role needs.
On the web support side, I currently manage a portfolio of 4,000+ WordPress client sites. My day-to-day includes resolving support tickets, launching new sites, migrating domains and databases, fixing speed issues, and keeping client records accurate in HubSpot and Google Sheets. I have migrated 400+ sites from WP Engine to Pressable and consistently bring PageSpeed scores from the 30-50 range up to 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
On the data side, I have years of experience in data entry, data cleansing, database management, CRM administration, lead research, and product listing updates. I maintained a 98-100% QA accuracy rate throughout my time at TaskUs and have worked with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and Zendesk across different industries.
I work fully remote and can adjust to any timezone. I am reliable, self-managed, and used to handling high volumes of work without needing supervision.
