I'm a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management. I have worked in Customer Service for more than 3 yrs. In my previous job, I was a Technical Support, Subject Matter Expert, and Sales Representative. My role is to help customers regarding their home security accounts and devices. I ensure to guide the tea-----------mbers on the account to ensure the resolution and information are accurate.
In my previous job as a Senior maintenance associate, I was responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and service requests. This included troubleshooting and repairing issues, replacing parts as needed, and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. I was also responsible for maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and communicating with residents, the maintenance team, and the owner to coordinate work schedules and priorities.
