I started as an individual contributor in sales email, chat support, and technical representation, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. My first promotion came as an SME supporting Intuit QuickBooks, providing advanced guidance and process expertise. Later, I transitioned into a back-office Accounts Payable role for a utility management company, quickly earning another promotion to SME.
As my career advanced, I became a Team Leader, managing operations such as root cause analysis, late fee waivers, and disconnection management. Alongside leadership responsibilities, I also handled projects, reporting, and data analysis, ensuring accurate insights and driving process improvements.
