Regarding my experience, I used to do a lot of clerical or administrative work during my OJT in Public Employment Office – Lumban. We also facilitated different kinds of programs and trainings for the municipal local residents. I get to talk to many different kinds of people with varying backgrounds and needs every day. My experience and skills in oral and written communication, and complaint resolution were honed more when I had a 3-month contract as a Government Intern under the Department of Labor and Employment.
