I have been an experienced Virtual Assistant for seven years and understand that you are seeking a VA to support your online business. Look no further—I'm here to help, and you've found the "ONE!"
Here is a list of the services I offer:
Reseller Virtual Assitant (Poshmark | Mercari | Kidizen | Depop)
I help clients list and upload their products with catchy titles, detailed descriptions, and effective hashtags. I am experienced in cross-listing to different online platforms using tools like Vendoo and List Perfectly. I can easily draft product information from Google Sheets and use the images provided. Additionally, I research and price items accurately to ensure competitiveness with other sellers. I also share Poshmark closets and mark items as sold on various platforms. I also find stock photos to make products look more appealing.
eBay Customer Service
I handle important tasks like answering customer messages and processing returns with return labels. I manage orders and address cases where items are not received. I also upload tracking numbers and handle cancellation requests and refunds. If there are any issues with orders, I can contact Amazon support to help resolve them.
Product Listing and Research
I research profitable items to sell and strategically compete with other sellers. My expertise lies in creating strong, accurate titles and using optimized keywords to enhance product listings. I effectively use tools like Title Builder, Zik, and Terapeak to ensure competitive pricing, helping you maximize your sales potential.
Web Research and Data Entry
I conduct thorough web research to gather accurate information and input the data into Google Sheets or Excel for easy documentation.
