I've been with various customer support roles in the past 4 years supporting customers for Jagex, Xbox, and Nexon specifically for their main games and the Xbox console.
I am well versed in supporting customers through email and chat using Zendesk, Zopim, OTRS, and other proprietary software used by my previous employers.
Aside from the normal customer service duties, I've also been a prolific technical support representative for said companies and have been a subject matter expert for the majority of the time I've been with them.
I am very self reliant but can definitely work with a team and be able to support my colleagues in various roles.
As someone who is looking to work as an home based customer support, I'd love to work in a stable, long-term position where my skills are appreciated.
