In my previous work, I was a virtual leasing assistant, I help process applications, screen potential tenants, answer property inquiries, and assist prospects with property tours. I have also worked as call center agent in previous career. I have worked for Microsoft as their customer support. I help customer on how to install Microsoft Office and install Windows operating system. I also take in order for Microsoft Store. I also worked in the US in a factory, I sand wall panels for RV units by Winnebago. On my recent employer, I was a multitasking agent, I take in calls and respond to email from customers. The company sells ink cartridges, I also do minor troubleshooting when the cartridge/s is/are not working. I also take in order over the phone and I submit request if the item/s needs to be replaced or returned.
