Before I began working in the recruitment industry, I worked previously as an administrative support for (3) years.
Currently, I have been enjoying my career in the recruitment industry for 10 years now. I have experience working in both US & Australian market. What really enthralls me to pursue in the recruitment & staffing industry is its complexity and nature. I am really privileged to be a part of this industry.
For me recruitment is an art – you need to be creative, intuitive, and understanding; you have to drive your passion in order to craft that beautiful piece of art.
I continue to strive for the best and never stop learning. Because through hard work, dedication, and commitment, you can achieve more. Also, nothing is impossible if you believe. Be confident and love what you do.
Currently does business development automation through Lemlist, Waalaxy, Dripify, and uses various tools to automate recruitment processes.
Other duties that I can also perform but not limited to web research, document formatting, video / audio editing, transcription, social media management, and website management.
