To start, I am a seasoned regional property manager / repairs coordinator with vast experience in the real estate market in Oakland, California and Austin, Texas. I used to manage hundreds of properties within the Bay Area and Austin metropolis that include commercial, single-family, and multi-family homes which makes me very much familiar with the real estate industry.
To highlight, I have experience in navigating and using CRM applications such as AppFolio and Buildium.
As a Regional Manager Coordinator, here is a glimpse of my day-to-day tasks:
1. Administrative oversight on the different Property Management Operations Sites including generating comps and preparing listings via Unlock MLS.
2. Coordinate, evaluate, and process ALL maintenance requests and create work orders thru AppFolio and Buildium.
3. Validate and approve all invoices via Quickbooks and contact vendors and tenants for audit.
4. Review and audit city and government compliance such as supplemental taxes, secured property taxes, etc.
5. Review and prepare lease agreements. Update stipulations and ensure accuracy and consistency.
6. Analyze and track rent increases and assist in processing renewals. Review leasing fees and leasing agreements on file.
7. Run Regional Reports using MS Office and GSuite and send them to all parties
8. Coordinate with the CEO’s senior leaders to ensure the projects are moving
9. Prepare the CEO's agenda before the meeting and create minutes afterward
10. Work with side projects needed for any issues encountered for a specific pod (group of properties).
11. Communicate with property owners and make sure their requests are catered and inquiries are answered.
