Also I'm doing another task which is VVOE. We're just confirming if the borrower is employed and we call their employer.
And I have given a special project for 3 months, which is HMDA. It's the old files from last year. We look for Lender submission docs and if it's conditionally approved. If it's missing we email the loan officer or loan processor or we look to the website of the given lenders.
