My first job was for a BPO company as a Customer/Technical Support for two US-based companies. The job required handling incoming calls, resolving issues and up-selling the company's services. The experience also allowed me to practice delivering difficult messages to customers and research and be familiar with different types of devices like modems, routers and fax machines.
After three years, I transferred to a different company wherein I was hired as a Sales Representative for a Self-Publishing Company.
