I have worked with almost all kinds of Computer troubles/problems; networking, hardware, software, viruses, etc. With networking, I am exposed to configuring wired and wireless routers and AP's, troubleshoot network switches and running/crimping LAN cables. During my time as an instructor, I have successfully advised thesis groups and eventually guided some of them into becoming the "best-thesis group" for a certain semester. I can write down step-by-step procedures in a manner that can be understood by almost anyone, and I can explain each procedure by providing direct and realistic examples. I am very familiar with programming, but I would much rather be an analyst than a programmer. I am also a Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) advocate, and successfully led my former school in celebrating Software Freedom Day for 2009 and 2010.
