I am currently working in a Finance and accounting - OTC department as a Spanish Helpdesk Analyst for over 3 years and until present. I am directly communicating with the stakeholders and also the customers.
How I started with the business outsourcing industry and started to further develop these skills in 2008 after I graduated and worked as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service/Sales Associate and there I was further exposed on how to handle clients/customers over the phone properly, was taught of phone etiquette. Furthermore, I was also formally educated and trained in using the Spanish language through my first job.
I am also knowledgeable about MS word, powerpoint and excel for I worked as an Pension and Benefits Administrator were in I was working hand in
hand with associates/pensioners who are checking there pensions and benefits and sending out emails to them too. I also have conducted short language and communication skills training with both professionals, non-professionals and out-of-school youths. As an educator, I also demonstrated and developed an ability to transform and extend knowledge to students and encourages learning for understanding to students and invokes approved disciplinary procedures. I have sufficient knowledge when it comes to basic trouble shooting for I was a Spanish Bilingual IT HelpDesk. Supported users in resetting their passwords and re-enabling their accounts. Providing first level troubleshooting when they do have issues and concerns with their system. I have also worked as an Spanish Bilingual Health Executive where in I answered patients queries and processing payments with their pathology, radiology and laboratory bills. Also provided information to patients on how their insurance covered their portion. I was able to hone my abilities and capabilities when I was exposed to these line of work. I had developed longer patience, the passion to help/assist and being attentive when it comes to one persons need. And being to not only hear the clients issues and concerns but the understand them too. Putting myself in their shoe. Being able to come up with best options/solutions to provide to them and being able to handle unexpected situations positively and calmly. And lastly, I am positively self-sufficient and will able to figure things out whenever possible. I am aiming for a long-term and stable job where I will help not just myself to learn and venture other given tasks but wherein I will be the one of the assets to help build your business and be part of its success.
