I am Ma. ----------- -----------, 35 years old with one beautiful daughter named Sophia. Most of my friends call me Maria because of my somewhat angelic -----------’s quite assumptive but I guess this feature made me an affable ----------- terms of work, I worked in a BPO company handling technical support of company systems for 6 years. Then I did a part-time home-based job as a cold caller in real estate for 4 ----------- has already been 13 years since I have gained a lot of skills from my previous experiences. I have worked in the automotive industry as a sale representative where in I have practiced my talent in convincing people. Also,
I have worked in a family business coffee shop as Branch Manager. Prior to that, I became a Sales Manager in a freight forwarding company somewhere in Makati and earlier a receptionist and assistant nurse in a private medical clinic. I graduated Nursing in University Of Perpetual Help System DALTA. Unfortunately, I couldn’t pursue this career since I fell in love with customer service and talking to people.
My skills are as follows:
>Knowledgeable in customer service, account management, client presentation, computer research, and providing basic troubleshooting for some computer issues. I have impressive written and verbal communication.
>Independent, persuasive, resourceful, goal-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
google docs/Sheets/drive, dropbox, smart Sheets, document system management, CRM, PowerPoint, Internet, and the like.
Having said that I have a child, and it made me become interested in applying for home-based jobs. I have realized that working at home is suitable for moms like me, especially with a 7-year-old child. This might be quite challenging but I know that I can work even better and be more efficient if I am close to my inspiration
who is my daughter. Moreover, it is more convenient and less stressful with
travel. I believe I am the preeminent person for this job and vice versa. I am passionate about the things I love and I’m excited to fall in love with the challenge I am bound to encounter. I am an avid learner and with this attitude, I push to learn fast and be more proactive in what I do. I can do the work and deliver exceptional results that would contribute to the success of the team and/or the company. A combination of both skill and experience is my edge over others.
