Information Technology. I have a bountiful set of skills and experience that
I've been honing for the past 12 years.
I started as Outbound Sales Personnel where I became well
versed in Microsoft Office applications, Google Services and Customer Relation.
I've handled different type of services such as tier 3 escalations for a Telco,
satellite radios and other outsourcing tasks like technical and chat support. I
also worked as an I.T. personnel due to my skills and talent in troubleshooting
and computer networking. Here, I developed my skills in social media
management, content creation, GoDaddy moderation and overall administrative
tasks. Since I also have a background in the financial industry it has been my
ethical standards to verify facts, data, follow instructions with minimal to no
supervision and deliver fast and quality result.
