Just to give you an overview on my job experience, I have a total of 6 years in customer service and order management combined. As you can see in my profile, I have worked with multinational companies which gave my the opportunity to be used to working with people from different countries.
I am knowledgeable in using Oracle Betsy, SAP, and Microsoft Tools such as MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint. I also had a background in e-mail management.
