I'm ----------- and I'm 27 years of age, currently living in the Philippines, I started my career in contact center industry back on 2015. I'm currently working as a Virtual Assistant for almost a year now and looking for a new job which I can contribute my skills in back office, admin tasks and even answering client calls. My most previous client was a Law firm based California and Arizona in which I work as a legal assistant. I do prepare legal letters in word file, pdf file as well as excel files. I had an experience as a claims specialist for 6 years on Medicaid, Medicare members and Obama Care plans, in which I process claims and other healthcare needs to our clients, then because of hard work and broad understanding in the company I was able to move up as a Team Leader not until the account got dissolved due to finance loss during the pandemic back on 2020 nevertheless I was able to get a another job in a back office company as a Verifier in a financial remittance company for 6 months, which I process emails to our clients and outbound calls after that job I worked with Automobile insurance for 10 months which I do claims and back office for our client. I also worked in a Home Insurance company as a claims specialist to assist our consumers on there claims for 8 months.
