For the past 2 years and a half, I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Australian firm that provides great services for Financial Planners, handling various administrative tasks, managing emails, admin support and managing accounts for clients and using CRM as our tool - considering the accuracy of details entered into XPLAN, and most of all adhering to the confidentiality and privacy of the client's personal information.
Additionally, I spent 3 years as a Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) for a local E-commerce company, where I honed my skills in multitasking handling multiple accounts, providing excellent customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
