I've worked for two years at one of the well known banks here in the Philippines. I was a Sales and Service Associate at the Philippine National Bank, so I have a lot of experience in terms of customer care and services such as selling products and building a good relationships with our clients.
Now, I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant for one year and five months. Most of my tasks and responsibilities are Admin related tasks, responding to email inquiries, managing members of the business using Knack and Kajabi, creating graphic images, scheduling social media announcements, etc.
My expertise is in Admin Support, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design. I'm good at organizing data, editing skills using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and creating thumbnails or graphic images using Canva. I also have knowledge of basic programming, specifically HTML and CSS languages. Whenever there were errors on some landing pages and website pages in Kajabi, I do fix them.
As stated above, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to. You can depend on me that I'll deliver great quality outputs and will not abandon tasks that were assigned to me.
In any case, you would require me to learn a specific program for the job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. I might learn it myself, as there are a lot of programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can adapt to any environment and training or tasks that require me to do.
